Why Choose Clear Guidance?

What makes us different from other practices?

Expertise

Clear Guidance provides a deep bench of highly educated and trained experts.  With a Ph.D. in Gerontology at the helm, and extensive experience within our interdisciplinary team, we are uniquely positioned to help families navigate their course. Our founder has a doctorate in Gerontology and more than two decades of experience in elder care, dementia and working with younger disabled populations. She has particular expertise in working with families experiencing atypical and young onset dementias. Dr. Pilcher is not only the Founder of Clear Guidance, but also provides personal consultation on every case.

Unique Approach

Many Care Management solutions use a templated approach. We believe it’s far more impactful to solve immediate issues to ease the pain a family is experiencing. Then we can move on to longer term solutions, broader issues and future hurdles.

Clear Direction & Navigation

After receiving a diagnosis or evaluation, many families feel lost about how to proceed and what to expect. That is where our direction can help. We meet the families we work with where they are in the journey. Our team can come in at the beginning of the process or as a point-in-time consultant, no matter how complex the diagnosis.

Creativity

"Outside the box" solutions are our specialty. When we work with a family, we look at the big picture so we are able to incorporate resources and therapies and give caregivers tools to manage difficult behaviors or symptoms.
